Couldn't you just blow air thru the tube at the top to empty is and see if that makes any difference?

Might be able to find the exit that way too, or run string trimmer line from the top and see where it exits, and then see if it’s in a place where air will blow up it when at speed.Couldn't you just blow air thru the tube at the top to empty is and see if that makes any difference?
You know what they say- never buy the first production year. There’s a few things that the 2021’s are suffering from, add this to the list. Hopefully GM will get these issues figured out by the next model year. Until then, a few visits to the dealer will be in order.
All I said was that you should expect these things since it’s a new model year, it’s an obvious observation although not everybody knows. It still deserves to be mentioned, if not for you then maybe somebody else who might be here thinking about buying. There’s still people who buy the first production year and are surprised with all the new issues. Sorry if you don’t want to hear that. I’m here because even though I don’t have a 2021 I can still be of help at times. You’re welcome for the link to the TSB although it was @B520044 that got me headed that direction.I missed your first post where you provided the TSB. Very Helpful. However, people in the 2021 forum really don’t want to hear about buying the first model year. We did. That is why we are in the 2021 forum looking for answers or hopefully some mods/aftermarket accessories.
sounds about right I have to drop the silverado off tomorrow for them to put in a new cluster they want it for 2 days, lol I was like ok.... I suspect that's in case they break something and have to replace it hahaa, but they did say they want to check the next day and see if the problem is resolved that it does when it is cold. From what I hear the dealers are breaking as many things as they’re fixing right now until they get experience disassembling the interiors. Good call.
Why would the TSB say to turn on the hvac, turn it to fresh air, and run the fan to clear the sunroof drains then? Are you sure you’re talking about the 2021’s ?The drain tubes run into the A post and drain out the bottom onto the ground. Open the sunroof and stand up in it and you can see the drain openings in each front corner. A coat hanger or large string trimmer line can be pushed into them. You can pour some water on the tray up there and watch it hit the ground if you have them cleaned out.

Not sure but it must go to the same drain as the hvac wherever that is. I know there’s always water that drains out after using the ac so it must connect to that.Yeah, I don't get it. BUT, today it rained and on drive home from work it started gurgling again. I turned off the air circulation and left the fresh air running. The water sounds went away. Crazy, not sure why this is tied into the hvac vents?
