Welp i dropped yukon off at tuner on Friday.


What's everyone's guess??

Previous was 268whp 289tq.


Im guessing 310whp and 322tq.

Wow, what a difference a tune can do versus just replacing parts. Nice.
Well im not sure what the baseline was with cam and heads. The 268hp-289tq was what it was dynoed at a year ago when i had them tune it. But a year ago the stock tune baseline was 246whp amd 281tq so a tune gained 22hp and 8tq.

It's like night and day isn't it?

It's borderline undrivable in stock form on the 5.3. No power at all.

Welp that didn't last long, This is what was in the drip pan after i did a 100 mile oil change...... Did oil change after fire up and it ran for 30 min or so. So this was second oil change since fire up with new cam, cam bearings and heads...... I did some no no's when putting it back together and im paying for it. Soooo i guess ill start saving for a 6.0 and swap heads over to that after it gets rebuilt.
