The install took me about an hour, longest part was running the antenna cord to my roof, i also have a back up camera installed... it should take somebody that knows what they are doing about 30 - 45 min...

You can change the splash on the Nav function, but not to the radio splash... i haven't even used the SD slot yet...

Just so everyone knows... the units aren't perfect, but for less then $500 i think they are a steal..

It definitley is a steal can't wait till mine is here! Think I'm going to get the ipod cable as well. How do you change the splash screen?

Make sure you wait till you have the ipod cable to install because it plugs into the back. Also, bluetooth works great! Auto-connects whenever I get into my Tahoe, and everyone I talk to says they can hear me fine.

u will figure out how to change the splash screen in the navigation function, it has like 10 different pics saved on it... blue tooth does work great... btw, the girl that works in customer service will help you in anyway she can...

Alright my questions, I have a 2010 bose system with Bluetooth and iPod already, will the stock iPod setup still work and I believe my Bluetooth is connected to the onstar so is there any complications?

I haven't had much luck with the iPod feature. As far as mine has gotten it has only worked as a "headphone jack" and I can only use the iPod to control the song selection and play/pause. The Navigation hasn't done anything for me yet. Anybody else get theirs to work?

yeah, the ipod cable isn't usb, which is BS, no artwork or videos, but u can hook it up to the front usb.. XM and ipod cable share the same connectors... once u c it u'll understand

Getting all of the wires sorted out and did the ground wire connection and now I'm confused on which goes to which the instructions are pointless or maybe I got the wrong unit? pic 1&2 are the connections and 3 is the back of my unit please help I'm about to throw this thing in the lake
