Nice ride. I'm facing the opposite dilemma though. I'm tempted to get rid of my STS-V and pick up a second Escalade, an EXT so I can have truck utility with it. I have a lot of trips to Home Depot and the dump in the near future.
I have two sedans that I use to commute with but after driving the Escalade for a few months (used car 3/3000 warranty) I got spoiled on sitting up high, something you can't get outside of a truck or SUV.

I am in the same place myself. I have an 2008 Yukon XL since new and I would like to keep it after getting a sedan in the near future. Have to look at the insurance cost per year but it has done many lumber trips and still looks/drives great! I just can't see letting it go and it would be nice to leave the sporty car home in the winter months.
