Universal air shocks?

My 2007 Tahoe has a 4/2 leveling kit installed. I want to pull my 16’ utility trailer without the rear suspension bottoming out. Can I install universal air shocks?

usually people will install helper bags, those go inside the coil spring. just search up airlift helper bags
they are not expensive
