The one that was made for the NBS- didn’t you have one at one point? They’re not made anymore. Fits behind the DS rear interior panel.I forget--which Thunderform box do you have Mark?

i LOVE the color if it.Don't see many in that color.
i do have lux amp in it. i ran out there today to install my HU...and whoever ripped out the radio prior, ripped one of the wires from outta the amp harness that goes into radio, so i gotta go buy me new harness or try to repair it. might just cut it out of harness and repair it, not sure how imma tackle that yet. gotta make sure i got the right pinning before i do anything.Welcome from Oregon. I have what I call a hybrid system in my 02 Denali- Pioneer HU with wireless CarPlay, Bose Luxe Amp running the 8 satellite speakers which have all been replaced with aftermarket 2 ohm, and a separate bass mono amp run off the Pioneer sub output with a JL 10” sub in an MTX Thunderform box that keeps it stealthy. It works really good this way, it’s fairly easy to do and I didn’t have to replace all the wiring or hack anything up. The surround sound effect from the Luxe amp is fairly decent too. I believe you have that amp in yours.
i was looking at one of the boxes that fit behind 3rd row seat. its angled a bit and fits perfectly behind seats. they dont quite have the volume im looking for. idk if i wanna keep my bulky box that allows my subs to really shine or take lil step down for the sake of cargo space.i do have lux amp in it. i ran out there today to install my HU...and whoever ripped out the radio prior, ripped one of the wires from outta the amp harness that goes into radio, so i gotta go buy me new harness or try to repair it. might just cut it out of harness and repair it, not sure how imma tackle that yet. gotta make sure i got the right pinning before i do anything.
Unless you need it, why not just take the 3rd row out? Yep I have used my third row once, since then it’s been in my spare bedroom taking up space.Unless you need it, why not just take the 3rd row out? I put mine in the garage, and I have a dual sub box behind my 2nd row
i was thinking about that last night tbh. ill most likely never 3rd row unless i take trip to concert with friends or something. thatll probably the route i go, i spent good money on my box and it really makes my subs shine. i can fit it behind seats currently, but subs have to be pointed upwards and im not fond of that. the box is taller, giving free advertising to anyone looking to steal some subs. so that def not an option imo.Unless you need it, why not just take the 3rd row out? Do you have a cargo cover? Somewhat rare for a Tahoe, but they're out there.i was thinking about that last night tbh. ill most likely never 3rd row unless i take trip to concert with friends or something. thatll probably the route i go, i spent good money on my box and it really makes my subs shine. i can fit it behind seats currently, but subs have to be pointed upwards and im not fond of that. the box is taller, giving free advertising to anyone looking to steal some subs. so that def not an option imo.
True and they’re not that expensive, plus the hardware is already in the truck.Do you have a cargo cover? Somewhat rare for a Tahoe, but they're out there.

question about lux amp and speakers...with having the tweeters in it....do you think i'd be better off replacing door speakers, with midbass speakers, instead of coaxial speakers? i think its just gonna too bright with all those tweeters. and reinforce the low end. the bose speakers seem like midbass speakers to me to begin with. or maybe midbass in front, coaxial in the back?? any thoughts on that?Welcome from Oregon. I’m no expert by any means. I went with JBL GTO628 or 638 coaxial to replace the door speakers with. I like my music a bit bright but there’s always the EQ on the head unit. The a pillar tweeters don’t really do much imo. As far as bass, I thought you had that figured out.question about lux amp and speakers...with having the tweeters in it....do you think i'd be better off replacing door speakers, with midbass speakers, instead of coaxial speakers? i think its just gonna too bright with all those tweeters. and reinforce the low end. the bose speakers seem like midbass speakers to me to begin with. or maybe midbass in front, coaxial in the back?? any thoughts on that?
