Looks like the holder could possibly pull out of the console when the sidearm is removed.

It's secured by double sided tape

I have a couple tie wraps grabbing the belt loop to strap mine to the center console

I keep a Ruger LCP in a small, lefty, clip-on holster. I keep it clipped onto that little console pocket (but hanging outside the pocket) but all the way towards the seat so it’s hidden from view by the seat. It’s very accessible but practically invisible unless you know it’s there.

I also have all black interior, which helps conceal it.
