Trouble Yukon

Alright I bought a 99 Yukon 4x4 and it's been a headache. Replaced all front end parts besides shocks but haven't done a professional alignment yet. It's got 3" blocks and torsion bars are all the way up. It sways and rocks real bad at around 65 sometimes. It is bad! It doesn't have a rear sway bar but I believe it's the sway bar links (?) that are just hangin from the frame in front of the rear end... Where are those supposed to hook up and anyone know anything else I can do to make this thing ride a lil better. I don't really have the money to do a real lift kit is the only reason I haven't just taken it somewhere. Any help would be appreciated!
