I have a 2008 4L60E transmission chevy Tahoe LS 5.3 engine that I’m having trouble with slipping in 3rd and 4th gear what could be the problem??

@NickTransmissions is our resident transmission expert, and he will chime in with his thoughts and perspectives.
3-4 clutch is going out. 90% of all 4L60Es that come in for overhaul are on the bench due to 3-4 clutch pack failure.
Drop the pan and see what's at the bottom. If you see a lot of black, burnt clutch material, put the pan back on with a few bolts and yank it for overhaul.
