Trans fluid ..

    Hi,
    How much trans. fluid must we add to the system if we fix tru cool 40k cooler?

    You can ask Tru Cool for that info but you should add when fluid is hot and on level ground and check the dipstick while engine is running. Then roadtest and recheck and fill as needed.

    Add until the trans is full? You are going to lose some removing a stock cooler and/or lines. Id plan on having atleast 2 quarts handy.

    They can say anything they want to. Nothing is better than having plenty of extra and adding as needed. Check and recheck after 3-5 test drives.
