Traction control / 4wd issue

Good evening all,

Soooo... I am unable to figure out why...

But every time I transfer into 4x4, my traction control light immediately pops on.

No issues in 2wd, but 4wd causes it to turn on.

Any idea what it could be? Possibly the speed sensors on the front wheels? I dont think it's the actuator as I'm still getting power to all 4, and not getting the "service 4x4" message.

Anyone else ever experienced this issue?

probably a sensor in or on the transfer case would be my first guess, wouldn't be the wheel hubs because those are working anytime the wheel is turning regardless if it is in 2wd, 4wd, or neutral
