torsion bar crossmember bushings

Ive searched and searched about these.bushings but i find nothing about how.to.remove them. Has anyone replaced their bushing or the whole bracket itself?

I've been playing with my torsion bars for a while now. If you have a Chilton (or Haynes) manual, you can find the info there.......but they're still a ***** to mess with. Good luck with everything.
