Tire size help: 305/40/22

I have a 2007 Tahoe (currently stock setup but plan on getting rough country 2" level) and looking to pic up some aftermarket wheels/tires I found on Craigslist. Of course they guy says these are great and no rubbing but wanted to check with someone who won't be receiving a check.

Who is running 305/40/R22 and are you having any rubbing issues? They are specifically Cooper LTZ Zeon tires.

Also, cl post below so let me know what you think about the look. These will go on a grey LT.

Had those same wheels (U2-55) and size tire. They won't rub at all.

No problems at all with my 305/40/22 nitto 420s.
