Throttle body spacer ??

Have any of you guys installed a throttle body spacer ? Does it really make a noticeable difference in throttle response?

There are plenty of members here that have installed them, and I guarantee you that every one of them has gained NOTHING other than a lighter wallet from it. Although, some will argue this because it relieves their ****** discomfort.

The only TB spacer that does anything is this kind:

When used with other parts such as these:

I had one on my NBS. Made a cool whistling sound but that's about it.
