Anyone know what these codes are? I switched out my throttle body 2 times and maf 1 time but continues to throw the code periodically. Just need help figuring out the issue. It has significant mods to it and was tuned.

I'm in a similar predicament. I replaced the TAC module and the throttle body, including the wiring harness. I tested the wiring harness at the TPS and the bottom left pin give me 5 volts but the bottom right gives me 4 volts. I'm guessing that's my problem. I testing the wires at the APP sensor and they're in the same situation. One gives 5, the other gives 4. I'm in over my head but I read that step one is to unplug the other sensors on that same 5v circuit. Can anybody tell me what/where those sensors are?
I've also tried wiggling all the wires I can get my hands on but still end up with 4v on one wire.

Tell us what you're working on, please. Year, make, model, engine, etc.

Also post up the codes you are seeing with the scanner, and what symptoms are present.

I have attached a picture with the codes. I will have a scan tool with live data tomorrow, but for now I only have a code reader.
