I am transforming my yukon for the third time. I had to do something about the roof rusting and kind of got carried away. We're just getting started!

Thanks guys. I have done the grill, bumpers, mirrors, flares, roof and rear corner peices with raptor liner. It is an awesome product! So easy to use and it looks great. I think it looks better than the line ex in my tundra. The green is actually a vinyl wrap. NOT SO EASY TO USE. I got the wrap (5'x100'), enough to do my truck twice on ebay for 395.00. The cheapest price I got to wrap it was $2,200.00 so i decided to do it myself. It isnt coming out perfect. There are a few very minor bubbles I just cant work out but to save the money I will live with it. If you are impatient pay the money.

Ok. So how hard is it to wrap? I might do it to my 2dr if its not too hard. And i imagine the roof surface rust was just sanded off to prevent bumps right? U got a link to the stuff too

it's not that hard, it's just real time consuming. With 2 people, it takes almost 2 days to do en entire vehicle.

i just wanted to add that if you plan to wrap over rust that wont work. just sanding it is not enough. I sanded my rust and then primered it. I sprayed my rusty areas with the raptorliner. Vinyl will only stick to nice clean painted surfaces

I'm from Slidell. I have family in Lafayette. I love that area. If Slidell wasn't where my friends and family Lafayette is the only place in the world i would move.
