Tc replacement check list help

I am preparing to replace my torque converter with a billet converter and wanted to run my check list past you guys so I don’t forget anything.
I have a new Gm rear main seal and cover a melling billet oil diverter barbell new transmission mount ac Delco Dex vi fluid new Ppe deep pan with drain and a ppe thermal bypass.

Any recommendations are appreciated

4' extension came in handy when taking off the bell housing bolts.
a locking flex for 3/8" sockets.

I serviced my transfer case while I had my tranny out.

but i wish I had all the parts you have listed when I did my TC swap.
especially the deep tranny pan with drain.

already did tranny thermostat bypass..

Thank you for the reply, I have decided to service the transfer case and rear end as well. I picked up a Yukon brand rear differential cover with magnetic drain and fill plugs I plan to use lube locker gaskets on both the trans and rear end but I’m having a hard time figuring out what Lube Locker gasket will fit the diff.
Oh well I’ll figure it out eventually lol

It's easy to access the oil pressure sending unit with the trans out so I'd swap that. I pulled the intake manifold to allow the engine to tip back a bit further so I had new intake gaskets on hand.
