Has anyone removed the factory running boards on a 2015+ LS? If so are there holes left on the rocker? I see in this picture these square guides and I am wondering what people do to cover the holes they go into to stop water from getting up in there and rusting the rockers. Thanks.Tahoe RB.jpg

I believe from the factory there would be a rubber plug. Not sure if this part is available but your dealer might know.

The factory plugs are square. Measure yours and do a quick search. Might also check with any aftermarket step dealers in your area. Bet they’d love to get rid of them.

All I'm seeing online are round ones. Anyone have part numbers, or a link to an assortment of sizes kit? I have a 67 Impala and with the assembly manual life is easy, ever single part on the vehicle is detailed down to the most insignificant clip...with part numbers. Today, not so much. Thanks.
