Tahoe DL3 Mirror- Lower Scuffed- Replace

Somebody clipped my mirror (DL3- heat, turn signal, folding, puddle). The lower black textured plastic is scratched. Without buying the whole mirror, it looks like the `lower' comes apart. I want to replace that section with the same textured black ABS plastic? Is the piece replaceable? If not, I guess I'll have to paint. Thanks in advance.
