So my 2018 Tahoe has 22 snowflakes, that's cool but the ride can be a little uneven in rain. Maybe I'm just used to a Tahoe that has 17s. What I am thinking is having a spare of 17s with good tires like what’s on my 22s “Duelers” , and using the 22s in the summer and swapping to 17s for winter? I do wonder what my truck would look and ride like with 17s lol

Probably not as nice but the 17's would be softer ride and better in the snow, just do not get wide tires, narrow is better.
