Swapping buckets for bench seat.

Hi all, I’m new here but I thought I’d ask... I’d like to have a bench seat instead of buckets in the second row. 21 Yukon XL, black leather, heated, power fold. I’m in Peoria area of Illinois but anywhere between here and Des Moines is in play for me. Any of you guys ever swap em? Anybody want to? TIA.

On the older generation trucks we do it all the time. I swapped my bench for another guy's buckets and we did the swap in my driveway. Keep an eye on the local boneyards too. They'll start showing up more and more over the next couple of years as these trucks age.

We swapped out buckets for bench in our 2007. Needed the extra seating capacity as we carpooled to school. Easy swap like you said.

Love my bench seat in 2010 LTZ .. had to special order that way so had room for dog in middle or carpool kids and never use third row seats

Not sure if a 2022 bench would work, but I have that to swap for buckets.

Im curious why people prefer the buckets. I special ordered my 2010 Tahoe LTZ with a bench for the third seat which allows me to always leave out the third row seats. I need the way back room for stuff.

Iam looking for a bench seat also for my 21 yukon slt it has the slate grey interior haveing a hard time finding any. Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know if the power fold will work if I change the buckets in the 2nd row to the bench seat? I have a 2021 Suburban...
