Steering wheel swap

Has anyone added a steering wheel with the radio controls to their tahoe/yukon that didn't have it? I've been thinking of doing that to mine but don't know what all is involved. I know that when hooking the controls up to an aftermarket stereo you only connect a green wire to whatever module you have or to the stereo directly. Anyone done this before or have any info that could be useful?

I think my wife would like this mod too cause she hates when I mess with the stereo while driving.

been wanting to do this as well because the 00-01 wheel is so thin to me....I lke the feel of the 03+ wheel better

yeah I basically just want the convenience of having them... I've even thought of molding the stereo remote in somewhere but then would hate to have to replace it when I get a new stereo...
