There is a 15mm nut and allen bolt adjustment on top of the steering box that can be slightly adjusted and it will tighten up the steering. First loosen the nut which is a nylox nut. Second tighten the allen bolt one half a turn at a time and test it. What you don't want to do is over tighten the allen!!! It'll cause your truck to stay in the turn position it was put in till you manually correct it by returning the steering wheel in the desired position. After your happy with the tightness of your steering wheel and the slop is gone tighten the nylox bolt and walla...
A good initial setting can be done with the truck sitting and the steering collum unlocked. Move the steering wheel back and forth youll feel the slop and youll notice that the pitman arm is not moving even though the steering wheel is! This is much easier with two people to do. make adjustment said above untill the steering wheel movement bumps the pitman arm with little to no slop. Then test and make adjustments from there.
Hope this helps.
