Steering box leaking - what's the fix?

Hi all, I have a 2003 XL and it appears to be peeing power steering fluid out of the top of the box, just forward of the lines (no it's not leaking out of the lines). Appears to be right out the top of the box where the worm gear can be adjusted. Is there an easy fix for this without removing the box?

Have you tried tightening down the plate bolts? Could have a crack. Replacement is warranted.
