is it possible to remove stock springs and install lowering springs without removing my wheels?

yes - a hydraulic lift would help.... with a jack and jackstands I would imagine its possible but would be a little sketch...

There is no reason to remove the wheels when replacing the springs. The only reason to remove the wheels is to cut out the bumpstop brackets if your going pretty low
