Speed Sensor Replacement

Got a 2000 OBS Z71 with a bad front right speed sensor (or so the dealership tells me). How do you get to it? I removed the caliper and rotor, and there is a shield in the way the appears to be held on by two of the wheel bearing assembly bolts. Remove these? At 170,000 should I just replace the entire assembly?

The big nuts and small ones come off. Big nuts are for the mounting bracket. When reinstalling the big ones must have 210 ft lbs of torque.
