Soundstream double screen stereo HU

I'm fairly new to the forum, though I've read many posts here. I recently purchased a 2007 GMC Yukon SLT, low miles, really nice truck! There are a couple of things that I would like to change/add. Most importantly I want to add a new stereo head unit to replace the factory HU. I've done quite a bit of research on options. One that I'm impressed with is the soundstream VRN-DD7HB, a double din 2 screen head unit that can run multiple functions at a time. I'm wondering if anyone has installed one of these and still been able to retain the RSE (Rear System Entertainment), back up camera, Bluetooth and other options, as well as your opinions of the HU all around. I'm not afraid to tackle install by myself, but want to make sure its worth it.
