(I lol'd)That’s what kept me from installing the LED high beams in our PPV. I didn’t want to cut up the core support.Nice. I had to trim my supports too. LED high beams wouldn't fit

I've contemplated selling this setup several times, but now I'm kind of glad I haven't. Although this is the last vehicle I'll have them on, I swear. (I've said that for the last 3 trucks lol)
Should be the same issue with any NNBS Tahoe or Suburban. The radiator support and fenders are the same. IIRC, the light module on a Yukon are a bit different, so many aren’t seeing as many clearance issues. Is this a PPV, SSV thing? I haven’t looked at the clearance in my suburban yet but my old ltz led fit fine .
Depending on what you want out of the horns, there is some give/take. I like LOUD and authentic, so the horns I have are actually from a train.....they are Nathan P3 Airchimes. You can get a new set like mine on Hornblasters for $700-800. Or if you just want the 'startle' loud, you can get any of their kits with the plastic bells for a decent price (ex. Shockers). Those horns sound awesome, I looked for them but seem really expensive? I might do something like that on my CJ5, that one has an air-compressor (running of the engine) and a 5 Gallon tank already
I drove past a rr crossing on the way to work this morning. The crossing gate was down and the lights were flashing but no train. Would have been nice to have train horns for that phantom train. make people go crazy. LOL

One thing I'll never do is hit my horns on a Norfolk/Southern employee out on the tracks, their police does NOT mess around.....I know from work experience. Everyone else, including the normal police forces....are all fair game.![]()
Since I'm on the business of 9-1-1, I obviously have a lot of LEO buddies. We often joke about "what could I charge you with?", and here in NC about the only citation (besides a noise ordnance) would be "Excessive use of a horn", which is actually a statute here.
The best part is every officer I've demo'd these for absolutely loves them, and I've been involved in several pranks on other officers with them. They've been tons of fun.![]()
No hate there, I am REALLY enjoying the new setup......man it made a hell of a difference! The truck went from 'fun' and 'driveable' to 'fun to drive'. I don't regret a single thing I did, nor would I change any of it up at all. Please don't be offended when I completely copy everything you've done to your truck. That thing is looking beautiful. After driving mine to GSO and back 4 times in the last month I'm over the stock suspension and goodyears.
Rolled the trash can out for pickup today and the Xenon's looked pretty cool with the mist.
Best. Mod. Ever.
