So who makes a good toolbox?

I ripped the handle out of the lid on my dewalt toolbox on account of the darn thing being packed to the gills. What's a good toss-in-the-trunk toolbox in the sub 3cuft range? I need some more space. Some means of internal organizing would be nice. I carry everything from soldering iron to breaker bars, full sets of sockets and extensions, hose picks, etc. Pretty comprehensive roadside kit that will get me through anything I don't need a puller for.

Who makes one? My hope is to find something a bit beyond the standard folding lid with a tray, contractor / jobsite style box

Did you ever find a toolbox? If not, I’ve had good luck with this one made by Waterloo.
