Slight miss can be caused from a bunch of things. You have the right idea. But you just pissed away money. Should have taken it to a shop to get it diagnosed and take it from there....

Your cel on? Just asking...our PCMS are good like that.

You mentioned changing your plugs, but what about your wires? Cracked or deteriorated wires can cause arcing and a miss.
When is the miss noticeable? i.e. cold engine, warm. More noticeable at idle or higher rpm, under load, etc.?

Could be a bent valve...not sealing right. Once you giv it gas it goes away. take off you intake hook up a glove and shoot air through one of spark plug holes. If it blows up you need a head.

Check your intake gasket. That will cause a miss and throw a random misfire dtc. It's a common issue.

Could be your fuel pressure regulator or a leaky injector, it can cause a mult random cyl misfire code. I believe I have the same problem.

like JK mentioned, the intake gasket is very common on these, and also check to make sure it's not a wire or a plug, even though they are new, you can have cracked porcelain. Pop the hood at night, while really dark and look for any arcs from wires/plugs/cap

Check your individual injector wires:
Hook a noid light up to them and make sure you have a stead blinking light (can be rented at autozone) Make sure they are seated properly -check the individual wires that go into the injector plug that plugs into the manifold, check that they are seated properly.

Seen that somewhere in a land far far away....

deff. check the fuel regulator, if you crack the throttle plates and can get a small mirror and led light in there, you can see it, or see if the intake is washed down inside towards the back.
also, if an intake has been recently done, pull the main injector plug in, (large rectangular black plug in on top of intake behind throttle body), check to see if any pins are corroded or bent. (i have seen this a time or two).
