Slight clunk

Hey everyone
My 07 yuk with 130,000kms
Has a very slight clunk felt While turning in the steering wheel

my mechanic said he replaced the intermediate steering shaft

but it’s still there

anyone else feel this very slight yet annoying clunk?

Yea, I would have the tech inspect the entire front steering and suspension. Does it make a difference whether you turn left or right? Your tech that replaced the shaft should have lubed the two mounting coupling areas of that new shaft as well. Sway bar frame bushings and end links, like Cherokee said. Could also be a ball joint or control arm bushings or play at tie rods....etc.

Hey Jdj71 - Did you get this clunk resolved? I'm having the same issue and it seems like it's coming from the steering wheel - not in the suspension. I was thinking of taking the steering wheel off and retightning the bolts. I also have about one inch of play when driving... super frustrating.
