I've seen the nnbs tahoe with a Silverado front clip, anyone know if it is possible to put a 2007 or newer Silverado front clip onto a 2007 or newer Yukon.

I'm pondering about the idea of doing this myself, and if I can put a silverado front on a Yukon that would save me some cash :)

why? the yuk's front end is much nicer IMO than a silvy.... plus, to me anyway, the only reason people put mismatched parts on trucks is because they are salvage or at least badly wrecked and they cant hurt the value any and only get whatever parts they can. ruins good trucks.

Why did man go to the moon? Because he could! I like the unique look it gives, and would like to ride in one :)

I've only done minor stuff on small restoration project, so nothing of this magnitude, but everyone need a challenge every now and then :)

At this stage I'm more curious to find out if its possible at all.

Well, the old addage applies of anything is possible (and I believe this has actually been done) with the right amount of money, time and skills (or knowing people with the skills).

The big key to pulling this off correctly IMO is in the end making sure that all the wheel wells match up and all body lines.

I say go for it if you wanna do it man! Make sure you do a write up with lots of pics :)

I like the bulldog feel of the Silverado more, but this is a potential future project, nothing I got the money to pull off right now :)

When you do get around to it also be sure and spend the extra $$$ on OEM parts. The fit and quality will be 100 times better and you'll be happier in the long run :)

Thanks for the tip, I'll start looking :) I was hoping to find some parts in a salvage yard, but I might not be as lucky!

SW CT,
A Silvy front clip will bolt-on to the front of your Yukon, no fabrication needed just order or find all the parts and warm up the wrenches.
