Tried signing up for the GM owner account so that I could access any previous service records on my new to me used Tahoe. They force you to go through Onstar, where you have to listen to a lot of marketing garbage and prodding to sign up for monthly services. Surrender a bunch of personal information, only to be able to add a vehicle to an online GM/Chevy account. Added this vehicle to my account after several verification emails, only to find out that there is ZERO additional information or history on my vehicle. What a joke. And boy do I feel stupid for surrendering all my personal info.
