Seat heaters on with remote start?

So this morning at least both front seat heaters were on after remote start.
Remote started again, on again. I don't remember that happening before?
hvac set to cold, fan off, face vents..

about 46degrees out, so I like it, just don't remember that happening before..

My front seat heaters come on with remote start. They also go off, when I turn the key to 'on', and I have to re-start the seat heater, if I want to continue with seat heat.

Good to know, thanks! I never noticed before.
Same thing here, key in, it turns off. Hopefully it won't do it in the summer.

It is based off of the outside temperature. If it is below a certain temperature it turns on the seat heaters as well as the heater.

If it is above a certain temperature it turns on the air conditioner, regardless of what the HVAC controls were set to when you turned the vehicle off.

When you cycle the key everything reverts back to whatever you had the HVAC set at before.
