Removing rear windows?

Has anyone removed a rear side window?
What is holding them in what does it take to remove them?

I think I want to remove the window and replace it with black anodized tread plate / diamond plate.

Interesting mod. Are you wanting to keep them for later? If so have a pro do it. It’s not hard to shatter them

I would rather not break them so, I wont have to clean up the mess... lol
