Hey guys

Does anyone know how many lbs of r134 the PPV's take? I believe all of them do not have the separate rear AC controls.

I've found numbers anywhere from 1.6lbs to 2.7lbs, not sure what to follow.

Thanks!

The under hood label should look similar to this one, the amount differs from each vehicle, good luck.

hope that helps. that's from my 2011. looks like 1.130kg sorry for the crappy photo

Do you have dual air? My tag on my 2007 is mostly missing and I can not read the capacity of the AC.. I had it over changed, and just pulled it out to weight it back in and can not find the capacity.
Thanks

Random question. How often do you need to recharge your a/c?

Thanks

Gotcha, thanks.

What would cause the system to be cooler one day and not as cool the next?
Outside air temp/humidity, if you have it on recirculate, blend door not fully opening closing. Does it have a full charge? It blows diff temps day to day? Colder, warner, colder? If its getting warmer you may have a leak but if it gets watmer then cooler there is s diff problem.... measure air temp at vents on diff days and outside air trmp and repott back.

Its probably still 3Lbs of 134a. Not 100% positive on these newer models tho so dont quote me there.

What line blew out? Why did you have to change the compressor?
If you changed the compressor because a random line blew out that was a waste of your time and money.
