Rear wiper not working on 2004 Yukon. I found a broken wire in the lift gate wire harness. Is this wire for the wiper motor?

Where on the truck is this located? I didn't see one that matched but we can try and narrow it down. Do you see the harness on this view?

Put a volt meter on it, and turn on the rear wiper switch. Do you then get ~12-14 volts on that wire? if so, it is most likely your rear wiper motor power wire.

Upper right corner of the door. Not behind where the motor is located, if that helps.
