Rear police emergeny flashers

I have a 2012 PPV the only emergency lights on it are the ones I installed over a year ago. Now the rear tail and backup emergency lights are on and flashing. The only way to get them to stop is to disconnect the batteries.

Suggestions?

Sounds like either a bad ground or relay that has failed in a open circuit state

Check to see if you have this in front of the front right wheel behind the splash guard:

or check on the inside behind the panels at the rear by where the rear D pillar speakers go for this, usually on the drivers side:
