Rear Glass Not Opening

The rear glass on our 2019 Tahoe is not opening via the fob or the trunk button.

I can hear the motor actuating, but it is not "popping" open.

Does anyone know the solution?

I'd try putting some constant pressure on the glass (push the window inward trying to compress the rubber seals), and while holding that pressure, try the fob or trunk button. This may free up the latch, if it is stuck in place for some reason.
