rear door pullstrap

So I have a 2000 Chevy Tahoe LT 5.3L V8. When I bought the car, a number of interior components were uninstalled but with the parts sitting in the car. Mostly these were parts of the 2 rear doors. However, another part was the leather pullstrap on the inside of the trunk/hatch/back door. The part was sitting in the car all in one piece, except for the special screw which actually holds it on. Does anyone know anything about this, e.g. where I can get this screw, or whether I can just use any old screw? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Any old screw that is the right length and thread will work.
