This is really sweet. Nice job! Two questions:

What did you use for the diamond plate?

What about the jack compartment being rendered useless? Move that stuff into the drawer? Leave it empty? Put something emergency related in it that you could remove the vault to get to if you REALLY needed to?

jack compartment is accessible from the top, I think that little side compartment was meant for first aid kit, its tight but I can acmes it with out removing the box.

Killer work! Sub'ed for updates (not bass ;)). I spent the night in my Tahoe recently. Been thinking about overlander mods ever since!

I guess we all have that one post or reply that wish you never made. LOL I sub'd to your build :waytogo:
