what is the biggest tire i can fir on a 09 tahoe z71 2wd without rubbing. I went and got new 275/60/20 tires this past weekend and they rub. I was thinking about having them trade them out for 285/55/20, but i want to make sure they will work.

I ran 275/55/20 without issue. I just changed to a set of 275/60's and rub a little, but I'm going to do the norcal mod and zip tie the front up a bit and should be good to go.

Wheel offset is a big factor. Are you running stock offset or something more aggressive?

Those look about the same offset as mine. Where are you rubbing? The worst place I've found is the retainer clip for the rear of the liner. That is going to have to be hammered in a bit. I think the 33" tire really looks best on these things. Unless you're just set on having no rubbing without a little modding, I'd keep them.

its about center point in the front and back of the tire. Both look like a 4-5 inch span of width. I love the way they look but the rubbing is pretty bad. i may go down to 275/55r20 and get nitto terra grapplers. And then later on I can always give it a 3 inch lift and go with 33's.
