Quick Tire and Wheel fitment question

I have an OBS Tahoe LT 4wd. It currently has 265/75/16 on it. I am looking at a set of Nissan Titan Rims with 275/65/18 tires on it. Anyone have advice on whether they would fit. They appear to be a bit wider and slightly taller. Any help would be great.

yes, they are 6x139.7 as well.

Thanks. Do you know about the size of the tire? They aren't much larger but wondered if anyone has run them stock?

I know alot of the pickup truck guys have used them....

The current tire you're running is 31.7" x 10.4" and the titan wheel and tire combo is 32.1" x 10.8". Unless your already rubbing, I would assume you would be just fine, your only gaining .4" in each dimension.
