There is a little place where you could insert the tip of a flatblade screwdriver and basically you'll pry the screwdriver towards the lap lens (gently) and then start pulling down while you are prying and it should come off, kinda like changing a dome light. The bulb should be right there.

The new bulbs are sometimes a little loose. Try squeezing the conectors together a little and see if that helps. Couldnt find a fuse that was specifically for the puddle lamps though. Maybe soemone else would know.

You kinda have to jimmy the housing out a little to get to the bulb. at least on mine I had to. bulb is encased in a small housing you have to open up with 2 small Phillips screws.

Look in the fuseblock under the hood. The exterior courtesy lamp circuit is protected by a 15 amp fuse labeled SEO 1.
