Problems with antenna cable on 98 Tahoe 4x4

When I purchased my 1998 Chevy Tahoe 4 x 4, it had an aftermarket CD player in it but they said they never hooked up the antenna. So when I got it home, I took the CD player out and I put a stock AM/FM cassette back in but when I looked at the antenna hook up it does not look like anything I have ever seen and I tried to buy an adapter online for only a few bucks but it does not fit. I will Include pictures. If anyone have any suggestions please let me know or if I need to provide more details also thank you.
