OK so I have a 01 Yukon XL2500 and have recently had the idler and pitman arms replaced...I have more recently had new tires put on...problem is when I hit a pothole or other similar "bump" I get a chatter in the front end. It's not a bouncy bounce like a bad shock but a chatter, like going over a washboard road. (even though the road after the bump is smooth). Could my idler/pitman arms be bad again? Could my front shocks be going out? ANy other thoughts?

Thanks, J

I had this very exact same thing. Changed my front shocks out (bilstein HD's) and no more front chatter. This had been driving me nuts for months, and ironically when i pulled out the old front shocks, they didnt seem back to me...but replacing them definitely fixed the problem
