PPV Center Caps Help !!

The pilot hole inserts that my center cap bolts onto has came out due to rust. What can I do to fix this as my center caps won’t bolt on because there’s nothing in the pilot holes.

do they make the inserts that I can just get new ones ? I dont know what to ask for
