Let me add a couple things to that video as I just did this a couple times recently.

About 2 quarts should give you a decent flush. More won't hurt.

3/8 id hose fits over the hard line at the pump, and 5/8 id hose will fit over the flexible hose. I used what I had around, no hose barb.

Drain all the fluid out of the reservoir from the hard line (with 3/8 hose) before you plug it and add the fresh stuff. So you get a cleaner flush.

Only 2x lock to lock before refilling the reservoir.

After you have finished and reconnected the return hose to the pump, then turn your wheels lock to lock a couple times again. To move any air in the return line that can get pulled into the pump when the engine is running.

You will spill fluid no matter how careful you are.
