My pass seat stopped working. And the seat back is leaning back too much is there a way to manually move the seat back forward? Thank you.

Find out where the problem is. Do the other switches work? It may be as simple as an unplugged connection. Remove the front bolts and you can lean it back for a better look. Jiggle the wires and switches and see if it moves.

I’ve tried that at first it would move in 1/4” increments then it just stopped working completely.

Do any of the other switches work? If so try pushing the wires toward the memory control module. I had a seat get stuck all the way forward and I’m 6’2” so I tried everything you can think of.
