Power mirror inop

I've been having some issues lately with my passenger side mirror. The mirror will operate up or down. It will not operate left to write. I checked out the switch this weekend with the old test like and it is sending voltage to the mirror on the left to write command. I guess I will have to pull the mirror off and check it out there.

Anyone else having or have had this similar issue?

Most likely the gear for left/right is not properely engaged/seated.
